Eileen Neville

Endurance Coach, Athlete, Scientist

Eileen discovered triathlon during one of the busiest times of her life—raising two young children and searching for time to reclaim her health. What started as a way to lose new mom weight gain and find personal space quickly became a lifelong passion.

With a BS in Biology from Rutgers University and a background in scientific research and nutrition, Eileen brings a unique, evidence-based approach to coaching. Her personal racing accomplishments include earning the Chicago cyclocross state championship, podiums in triathlon, off road triathlons, time trials, and Ironman racing.

As a coach, Eileen has guided athletes of all levels—from first-timers to world championship finishers. Her athletes have achieved:

 Ironman Age Group podiums

Kona finishers

Multiple world championship qualifiers

State championship wins

AG and overall wins in Olympic and sprint distance triathlons

Podiums across individual swimming, biking, and running events

Now 56, Eileen has a deep connection with midlife athletes. She understands the balance of training, work, family, and aging.

Eileen believes that with the right plan, consistency, and support, anyone can discover what they’re capable of.
