Noah Hart

Sport: Triathlon
Hometown/Training Base: Northern Mississippi
BEST Coach:  Tommy Giannettino

For the past four years, Noah Hart has been grinding it out in the Southern humidity of Northern Mississippi—a stark contrast to his Midwest roots. While the exact location may soon change, the dedication remains constant, no matter the zip code (or weather challenge).

How It All Started:
Noah’s triathlon journey began on a whim during the summer of 2016. On his daily commute to a summer internship, a radio ad for a late-season triathlon caught his ear. Already logging 100+ miles a week on the bike and having a running base, he thought, “How much harder could it be to learn to swim?” The answer came quickly, with early pool sessions drawing comparisons to a “cast iron manhole cover.” Thankfully, those days are long gone—most recently, Noah was within striking distance of going sub-30 minutes in the swim at 70.3 Happy Valley. A remarkable progression by any measure.

Why Triathlon?
For Noah, triathlon is more than a sport – it’s a lifestyle. It’s a source of stress relief, a connection to a solid social circle, and a way to experience the unique peace that comes during long, steady efforts (outside of intervals, of course). Bonus: guilt-free eating.

Training & Race Goals:
Noah is currently zeroed in on cracking the elusive sub-5-hour mark in the 70.3 distance. This year is the year. Looking ahead, he’s chasing ambitious but exciting goals: cracking the Age Group Top 10, stepping onto the podium, and one day racing the World Championships.

Proudest Accomplishments:
With around ten 70.3 races across North America under his belt—and counting—Noah is slowly ticking off the continent’s biggest races. He’s also raced a full Ironman (“It rained… almost the entire 116-mile bike”), the iconic Escape from Alcatraz, and has notched a few podium finishes. Though he’s qualified for Sprint and Olympic Nationals multiple times, life’s priorities have kept him from the start line—so far.

Off the Race Course:
When he’s not chasing down the next big race, Noah can usually be found skiing or spending quality time with friends and family. His faith remains a core part of his life, grounding him through the highs and lows of training and racing.
