Coaching, Training, Camps.

Sarah is a 2006 graduate with a degree in Business Management. In the eight years following her graduation, she moved into a management position where she had the opportunity to manage, administrate, and train. Training was the role she enjoyed the most as it allowed her to invest in others and help them grow.

Over the past five years she has been able to apply those same training principles to coaching. Sarah has been able to watch her athletes learn and grow in the sport as they build strength, speed and endurance. She believes one of the best parts of being a coach is being able to invest in her athletes so they can understand and enjoy their sport on a deeper level.

Sarah’s hope is that younger kids and older adults alike will see that triathlon can be balanced between work and family and still be fun, challenging and rewarding.

Sarah is a USAT L1 and USAT Youth and Juniors certified coach. She is also certified with USATF for run coaching, and in the process of getting her USAC coaching certification.
