Coaching Philosophy: Athlete Centric. Athlete centric keeps the focus on creating customized plans based on the athlete’s goals, schedule, available time to train and abilities. His typical athlete most often has a family and a busy career. He has coached over 20 1st time IM athletes, many podium finishers including worlds and many National and World Championship Qualifiers. But the core of his athletes are beginners or age groupers who are seeking pr’s and arriving at the finish line feeling strong and healthy. While primarily coaching in the SE he has coached athletes as far as the UK and Canada and to races as far ranging as Roth and Subic Bay.
